{"id":8482,"date":"2024-12-27T03:02:12","date_gmt":"2024-12-27T09:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/FoodSafeManitoba.CA\/prod\/wordpress\/?p=8482"},"modified":"2024-12-27T03:26:59","modified_gmt":"2024-12-27T09:26:59","slug":"new-year-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/FoodSafeManitoba.CA\/prod\/wordpress\/new-year-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"New Year Changes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rate Schedule<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We have reviewed <a href=\"https:\/\/FoodSafeManitoba.CA\/prod\/wordpress\/course-information\/rate-schedule\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"494\">our Rates<\/a> and due to popular demand we have revised our Rates to be more reflective of your needs and suggestions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Towards this end, we now offer three &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/FoodSafeManitoba.CA\/prod\/wordpress\/course-information\/courses\/access-plans\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"8465\">Access Plans<\/a>&#8220;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GOOD &#8211; similar to the previous Regular Access Plan we have been using since we developed our online course.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BETTER &#8211; more reflective of the needs we have seen from ESL students and beginners who are new to Food Handling.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EXAM-ONLY &#8211; reflects the needs of current Food Handlers, who simply need to re-certify.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Currently active Regular Access Plan will continue until the students have completed the course.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Current Vouchers will remain effective and will now become Access Plan GOOD. Vouchers do not expire until they are used.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Addition of the LifterLMS Notes facility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/FoodSafeManitoba.CA\/prod\/wordpress\/foodsafe-manitoba-now-provides-notes\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"8377\">As explained previously<\/a>, we have added this Notes facility to help students take notes during the course and to recall them afterwards.<br>We are running this on a one year trial basis to see if it helps.
