Food Handler In-Person Class and Exam

FoodSafe Manitoba offers "FoodSafe Class and Exam" in-person classes which cover the requirements for the Province of Manitoba Food Handler’s Certificate, that is required for employees who are handling food. The instructor-led class will guide you through the science of microbiology, food-borne illness and safe food handling practices. Be a certified food handler and reduce the risk of food poisoning in your restaurant, care facility, hospital, canteen, church or home – anywhere food is handled. All successful participants are awarded a Manitoba Health Food Handler Training Certificate. [9155]

Students must show the instructor their two government-issued photo-ids in order to be admitted into the class. Note masks are recommended in the classroom.
