The FoodSafe Manitoba program is meant to give you the basics of dealing with food safely and provide you with the foundations needed to properly prepare and serve food in accordance with the requirements set out by the Province of Manitoba.
This course was designed based upon Lesly Andrew’s years of experience, managing a store, working in restaurants and most importantly her experience as a Micro Biologist and Certified Food Inspector for the Province of Manitoba, and her years of teaching students like yourselves.
