Exam Registration Problems Resolved

We installed a modification last week to enforce the rule of giving us time to schedule a proctor for exams. Before that, we had only verbally requested that all exams must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and during reasonable working hours of 10:00am to 7:00pm to accommodate time zone differences for our proctors. Many students had assumed that proctoring was done by the automated system, and had tried to schedule their exams without notice. The Province of Manitoba Department of Health requires us to use an actual person to validate photo-ids and to monitor the exams.

Unfortunately, as with all things, errors occur. Some exams were not being scheduled properly. This has now been fixed and everything is operating normally once again. Our apologies. we hope this did not cause undue stress and problems to anyone.
